Healthy Consumption

After realising how much I have gain on my body weight, I decided to take a break from heavy consumption. You see, it wasn't because of my appetite (Maybe really is), but it was all because of my heavy consumption. It all started right after Raya, every year my mom would cook her special dishes from her hometown; 'pulut' and rendang for open house session. From that day, I started to indulge every pieces of it's perfect parameter of tenderness, texture and delicious taste. With the combination of sticky rice, it taste so yummy! I can't help it, it was from that time my tummy, appetite getting bigger than ever I would have thought of.

I did slimmed myself for a couple months, survived with plain water (Drink more water!), oats + chia seed, more meat and vegetable! I reduced the consumption of rice and went to diabetic rice. I know, rice is carbohydrates, but it makes you grow fat if you eat more rice, less meat/ vegetables. This is what some of the restaurant do. They set price too high, serve you more rice but less side dishes. #grinnedandrolleyes I mean come on! We Malaysians preferred food portion that are reasonable and worth to eat. (Delicious is a must!)

However, I am at most utterly proud of myself that I went for grocery shopping in a hypermarket that sells premium and fresh products. This is the very first time, I, myself shopped for healthy food. As I could not stand how fat I am right now. As a girl/lady here, I realise my level of confidence and my body shape varies. And I cannot kept living in the same shoe size. So, I go for the unique one to make me feel awesome. Something changes is better than sticking to the same old lame thing that leads you bored. So, here I am, creating something different for myself without giving judgements on it. Err, this is not for the 2018 resolution ok?

P/S: We have chicken salad wrap by sis for dinner + croissant sandwich for tomorrow's breakfast.
(I still need to eat granny's nasi lemak tho.) - for your own good.  #positivelove
