January Dump 2025

My current book collections from November - December 2024's purchased. I'm going back to reading for real right now and is something better for myself. Currently into mystery and crimes, non-fictions and self-enrich. It's so funny that all of my book covers at least contain a cat or a dog.  For this time being, I have decided to put myself away from this ugly habit "procrastinate". I am proud of myself for sure.

We went to Malacca to visit my aunty at my dad's old house. It was an old 9-storey small apartment nearby Jonker Street. This is the first visits for my husband with me together to pay a visit.

We went to PastaOhsem café for lunch and it was hubby's fist time as well. I have been ordered their pasta for the past 2 years and it never fail my taste buds. Delicious af!

January month is not just a special month but it's my hubby's birthday. Our family planned to home-cooked chicken chop for lunch and spend quality time at home together. Hubby is happy, I am happy.

After we pay a visit at one of my uncle's at Shah Alam, we went to Icity, Shah Alam for a simple fast-food lunch: Four Fingers. Hubby choose the menu for me since I don't casually go to this restaurant. Turns out, it was super cool. The chicken is nice and I like that it was boneless. Thank you hubby!

The week before CNY, our cousin from US came to visit us and this time with his partner. We had a lovely dinner and it was a lovely evening to had all of these during the holiday. I had a perfect evening meal with them; Truffle Pasta, while the rest had steaks. Hubby had Carbonara Pasta and we all shared a plate of chocolate lava cake with vanilla ice cream.

Hubby's Carbonara Pasta

Chocolate Lava Cake and Ice Cream for dessert.

One of the weekend, we had this for lunch. Madamm Tan Noodles - Mee Kolok. Simple and hearty meal is life goal. I had my first mee kolok in Kuching back and after I met my hubby, I get to eat again.

One time, I craved for eating Maggie Goreng. Hubby was eating Maggie Goreng and he looked at my food. 😂 I asked for Indo-Mie Telur mata because I ordered this back in Kampar, Ipoh. Back then in college period, I used to order this simple but un-healthy meal for lunch/dinner during study week. I have no where else to look for food because I was being strictly frugal and most of the restaurant are non-halal. Thus, this is the simplest and cheapest meal I ever had. Delicious food = Happy Tasya. =)
