TOTAL LOCKDOWN 3.0 YEAR 2021

Guess what? It's lockdown again and this time is a total lockdown. FMCO...MCO 3.0 phase 1 begins from 1st June - 14th June 2021. π Because of the recent cases rise quickly, everyone are told to stay at home and again resumed our new norm routines. To be honest, all of us are adapted to the daily self-quarantine routines but some may not like this and many people are struggling to survive. π’ It is not easy, I know. I have read so many stories during the pandemic. Clearly, it is challenging both mentally and physically of our health. As the outbreak has increase rapidly in recent weeks which had strained the country's healthcare system, majority urged the government to impose a total lockdown in order to bring overall transmission down. Another way to "flatten the curve". stupiak virus and stupiak to the selfish Malaysians. Kenapa degil sangat ni!!!!π‘ (Ignore the typo please...π)

The new norm that we previously practise it since 2020 is what are we doing right now. Online study/meetings, takeaway/food delivery and daily grinds with kids/pets. Is nice that we all are still busy even during total lockdown unlike certain economy sectors are forced to shut down operation. π
However, by staying at home for long period will cause our mental drained, battling with depression and struggling finding balance to achieve a healthy mindset. The stress of unable to do outdoor activities, social networking, meet ups, hang-outs and many more...And personally, you don't bring your work back home because who does right? The moment you step in front of your living room your mindset will automatically unplug the switch.
So..Don't be afraid to cutting ties with the outside world and we should remain fluid and constantly assess where you are versus your goals and priorities. Normalise to stay busy on weekend, because you are busy unplugging the switch and is your personal timeπ. Spend time with your family and get yourself involve with your personal hobbies/interest. Your body and your brain need a break from all the stress.
Tak suka cakap pasal benda 9am-5pm dekat sini...maaf ya. π... I'm not saying remote working option is nice or sucks, but is the near future norm that all of us need to adapt. But do remember, everything we do will always consist of both pros and cons.
Since I just got vaccinated a few days a go, I have to monitor myself daily to see what other side effects I will have. I stopped my work-out routine, controlled my portion intake, drinking lots of water and avoid soc med for the time being. I even went to bed early to have a good 7-8 hours of sleep everyday after dinner. ππ΄π
Ok to be honest, I am doing fine and back to normal, Alhamdulillah! Living as a normal Asian with high appetite of snacking. LOL...And now I would like to encourage EVERYONE TO BOOK AND GET VACCINATED when you have the chance! Please help your parents, grandparents, siblings, friends and the needy to book for vaccine appointment. Whether is Pfizer, AstraZeneca or Sinovac, just grab the opportunity! Help them to register the booking if they do not have smartphone or the app.
