Tumeric Eggplant & Ginger Chicken - By Me

On normal days, we see people hustling, fighting and challenge with themselves to aim their life goals, the never ending process. But now, in the light of Covid-19, the cast of the stage are slowed down and day by day with an update news, people are more alarming of what is going on around the circle. (I can’t believe I have to post Covid-19 in my social platform, but this is definitely a bitter-sweet tea that gulped by all of us.)

This is unavoidable but we need to take precaution!
Remember to always, always, ALWAYS:

·      Wash your hands – With SOAP
·      Apply Hand Sanitizer
·      Wear Face Mask (If you’re sick)
·      Take bath/wash yourself up (after outdoors)

These are all parts of your daily routine right now. Do not take it as a joke because every day I kept monitoring the world-meter to check the current outbreak status.

Please read what is microbes and what the hell is a virus. IS NOT FUNNY AT ALL.
(Meanwhile, was thinking of watching Train to Busan tonight. I’ve watched World War Z as well.)

After a long productive weekend, is finally a Saturday that I have always been waiting for. I enjoyed my weekend much as I’m occupied with several activities.

Cooking is one of my favourite activity to release the negative energy that consumed from hell (work). And I find it enjoyable to be back on wheel after for such a long time. Seriously, I don’t remember when was the last time I touch the holy wok. Hence, for this time I’m wearing apron for real because I am abhor and annoyed when I’ve got food stain/grease on my tops. BTW, is not just a shirt but is a DIY thing and I am wearing it currently because the female t-shirts in PADINI lack of choices but the male sections always win. I even owned a male size of Marvel long-sleeve. Why male t-shirts always have strong quotes on them?

Today’s menu of the day: (Home-cooked)

Tumeric Eggplant, Ginger Tumeric Chicken and Chinese Long Cabbage Soup

Simple to prepare and satisfied for a weekend meal.

Fyi, this is not laksa but Chinese Long Cabbage Soup.
